elkins, west virginia. remember yesterday elkins around 34. 32, right at freezing this morning already. so, again, more patchy frost taking place throughout areas of central west virginia. philadelphia now coming in at 55 degrees. just one degree above from where we were here. new york city at 55 degrees. it's expected to be a dry day, not just here, but if you've got travel plans up to the north. so just a few clouds coming through the area. nice conditions today, going up to a high of 75 degrees around 3:00, 4:00, 5:00 today with skies turning partly sunny. we'll take a look at the four day forecast in a few. >>> let's check some bridges in our area. things are moving quite nicely. let's start with the sousa bridge. as you make your way inbound to the district, outbound as well, nice and clear, very light volume, no accidents to report. over this time to the wilson bridge on my blurry camera. sorry about that. it's still nice and clear. checking travel speeds as well, no issues, nothing slowing you down.
